Our Clients Say

"I have been extremely happy with Pasquale and the team at GPS Consultants. Everyone has been very helpful with our project, and we are fortunate to be working with them. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a Project Manager."

"I worked closely with GPS Consultants on an adaptive reuse project involving the conversion of a historic warehouse into retail and commercial space. GPS was brought in mid‑project under challenging circumstances and immediately provided structure, leadership, and professionalism. They successfully stepped into a highly complex situation, coordinated and negotiated with 17 subcontractors, and helped ownership stabilize and move the project forward. Their ability to navigate a difficult environment and bring order to a distressed project was critical in salvaging what could have otherwise been a failed outcome. I would strongly recommend GPS Consultants for projects requiring experienced, hands‑on problem solving and project recovery expertise."

"Growing your business is challenging and often comes with great learning experiences. However, sometimes you want to minimize that curb and make smarter and swift decisions. Team GPS assists with the entire process of building your new construction locations, from start to finish. As I scale my restaurant locations, having a team like GPS by my side is extremely important. They are very professional, communicative and reliable. You easily get a 10X return on the investment you pay for their services."

As Edison Properties CEO from 2015 thru 2019, we had a number of challenging construction leadership opportunities in which I knew Pasquale would excel. We brought him on board in 2016. His most notable contributions included modernizing, expanding and adding multiple amenities to the customer service area of multiple Manhattan Mini Storage facilities. Pasquale brought these complex projects to completion, on schedule and budget. In addition and most significantly, Edison decided to convert an abandoned Newark NJ 456,000 square foot industrial warehouse built in 1907 into a modern office space without an identified tenant. Pasquale led this construction effort to deliver an incredibly beautiful and complicated project below budget As a result of his fine work, we secured Mars/Wrigley as our anchor tenant. This remarkable conversation, now know as “Ironside Newark,”is acknowledged as a significant city landmark. Pasquale’s technical, leadership and management skills, along with his experience in dealing with general and sub contractors, qualifies him for any construction projects, large or small.
