DESIGN & CODE CONSULTATION
Each client and project is unique. That’s why, from the get-go, GPS assists in the development of a preliminary construction budget and schedule based on the primary specifications established for each project.

Our team of construction professionals work with ownership in selecting design consultants and contractors that meet our clients goals and expectations. We employ detailed knowledge of the NYC & NJ Zoning and Building Codes, further reviewing current government regulations to assess any opportunity for a more favorable outcome.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
GPS is confident and precise in our selection and vetting of each client’s General Contractor and/or Construction Manager for the job. We handle RFP preparation and bid solicitation, as well as negotiation of proposed terms and prices.

Our approach is to enforce more efficient and complete scopes of work before going out to bid so that our clients receive the most comprehensive buyout inclusive of scope and best pricing.
We create punch lists and provide on-site inspections, paying close attention to quality while redirecting work to stay on task and on budget.
COMPLIANCE, COMMUNICATION & CLOSE-OUT
The GPS commitment to our clients includes the enforcement of necessary code requirements for each project – from jurisdictional approvals and sign-offs to contract administration and adherence to insurance mandates.

We further inspire trust in our clients by communicating and reporting project updates routinely, in conjunction with job-cost management, approving contractor invoices, and ensuring compliance to client mandated releases and contract enforcement.

GPS assists our clients in General Contractor/Construction Manager close-outs, confirming that the client is left with a project that is appropriately completed both physically and administratively.
