Pasquale learned the construction trade at an early age, focused on structural steel fabrication and erection. After earning his BS in Organizational Behavior and Architectural Engineering from Penn State University, Pasquale expanded his expertise by working for major real estate developers as well as owning a boutique construction management company in New York for over 10 years.

Joe is an experienced Project Executive that has represented major New York developers and contractors, with a demonstrated history of working on well-reputed and highly successful projects. He is also skilled in Building and Facility Management and NYC Building Code Consulting. He is a strong program and project management professional with a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) focused in Architectural Engineering from New York Institute of Technology-Old Westbury.

Dee works as an Executive Assistant to Pasquale Suriano, CEO of GPS Consultants. With a strong 20 year background in executive support and operations management, she brings excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping leaders and teams operate at their best. In this role, Dee serves as a key partner to the CEO, managing communications, coordinating priorities, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. She is dedicated to fostering efficiency and building strong, supportive connections both inside and outside the company. Outside of work, Dee enjoys working out, cooking/baking, practicing reiki and meditation, travel, exploring wellness practices, and spending time with family and friends.
